I really like the 3rd one in. I like the white on black better than the black on white. I also prefer the author's name not in a block because the text on top is kind of free-flowing so maybe if the author's name was more like it or just as you have it, on one line, in the third image. I hope my comment helps.
Rebecca, I agree. #1 or #3 depending on your color solution of the whole brochure. Also, a little comment on the quotation marks on the top. Maybe a little higher to avoid tension. Beautiful, Michelle!
