Schedules for individual meetings. It is easier for me if you respond on the Blog.

Dear all, 

We are approaching a very intense time before our final classes. You have to expect a few e-mails from me. Be patient.

I am working very hard trying to help you with the preparation for our next classes and giving you a detailed instructions about our last classes.

 Finals:   Wednesday class:   Wednesday, December 16th.

              Thursday class :     Tuesday,      December 22nd.

              Friday class:          Tuesday,      December 23rd.

Besides my e-mail responses, I am offering you eextra time of individual meetingss at the computer lab 30 min for each student.

I hope you appreciate my effort to help and will not take it for granted. Some of you are in a great shape, 

it would be nice if you say that you managing it, you know what you are doing and let other people in need use my help.

I am going to organize it through e-mail, which is a very difficult task. I will give you time schedule that you can sign yourself in and email me back as soon as possible. 

The most difficult situation right now is for Wednesday classes, Sophomore and Junior, that is why this week, the preference will be given to those students.

When you decide what time slot is good for you, email back to me. 

Attention Thursday Junior class If you are able to finish your projects soon, will you be able to come to the last class on Wednesday, Dec, 16th, when the Wednesday class has its final?

I wish we would combine classes so that you would see everything other class is doing and they would see what you are doing. 

Please let me know if you can do it.  Then, you won't have to come on Thursday. Those who can't will have their final on Thursday.

       c. find a computer for you 30 min before the meeting

           I will be busy concentrating on the work. You keep a track of time.

       e. If you are not able to come, let other students replace you. 

       f.  if you miss your spot, you missed this opportunity.

During these very busy two weeks, I will check my e-mail only for cancelations, but I will not be able to respond to you about your projects.
