I like the idea of repeating the "wolf" - it's easy to understand and makes sense. If you're going to use the speech bubble though, I think "The Boy Who Cried" should be on the outside of the bubble, since he didn't actually say that :) Or maybe you don't even need it since the boy and the bubble represent it already?
