I agree with Omar. The first one is much better. More redable too. Though Samuel Beckett seems like it's bigger and more important than Endgame. You might wanna change that.
The second cover is hard to read with the condense typeface that large. Also you didn't solve the Samuel Beckett part. The gaps dont seem right at all and just make it annoying to read.
i love the ropes,makes it work nicee, but I wish the first one was played more with the type.hmm, for example, if rope is tightly tied. then maybe have the words squeezed like an orange??? lol like distort it a little?? maybe, maybe not? the second one is more interesting as a piece, but im not sure what can be done with the words sameul beckett, cause im not sure about the kerning space , but the long word is visually fantastic! hmm, check the letting for the first one after the word ENDGAME. besides that, it looks marvelous! great job -Aye

top one is better,but one sugggestion is make samuel beckett a bit smaller so it can draw more attention to the tittle . Other than that
