Hm, I think the bottom one with the opposing arrows conveys the most what your company is about, however I feel the thin line looks a little disjointed from the typeface, maybe it would work without it as well? I really like that typeface and I think it works well with the rounded arrows.
Hey, this is Matt, I agree with Meagan on that logo. I also like the one on the right side. I feel like those two are definitely the strongest. Maybe the thickness of the line on the bottom one matches the thickness of the typeface? I'm not sure that it would work as well without the lines at all, and I think that if you aren't going to work with the lines, the size of the triangles should be a bit bigger (like the one on the top right).
