Visual Music and possible brochure/banner direction

Hi Matt,

I like very much the beginning of your banner. Keep going. Remember, you have to include a lot (two pages) of info.

I am glad that you added black tone to your visual music type. panel.

In your your wood/strings visual music panel. I would crop it differently so that there wouldn't be a noticeable "mechanical" symmetrical repetition of the element on the left.

Matt, what I really want to see is the development of your cover for a "Visual music" box/book.

About your "Lottery" poster. I would like to see a version where black is avoided. Also, maybe slab serif woodtype font. It might be a good chance to solve it.

Good job!

Good job changing the same letters, the look very real!

I like how the banner looks. Who is your typographer? I think it looks too modern, but maybe it matches with the context, I don't know!

:)

Matt,

I am responding very late. I wish you would say which one is your favorite. On my opinion, everything is too symmetrical, that is why I like #4 the most. I think it would be more dramatic if you place your vertical strings on the right side of your cover under the "Visual music" layer from the top to the bottom of the page and add your script typography. It might be much more dramatic.

I try to attach my little visual comment, but I don't know how to attach in Blog environment. I did it once and forgot already. Teach me, please. Anyway, you are definitely progressing towards right direction.
