Dear Gonzalo, I must upset you. Although I agree with many that your handwriting is a nice reflection of your character and illustration style, I don't think it i the best choice of yours, especially when you emphasize the words "FLY" with caps and dark blue. What happens is we will see a duet of "movable" illustrations and very animated type. Instead of being neutral and just accompany your animated story, type become very important, full of different details and too close to illustration in style, which pulls it out of third role after the voice and illustration to one of the front levels of information.
Gonzalo, before, you used Helvetica Neue as an elegant typeface somehow reflecting Senatra;s manner of singing . I remember that you were concerned about loosing any connection with his song but using so whimsical illustrations. All of us said: don't worry, you add some hilarious touch to it. Right now, I can say, that it looks less professional (whatever this word means to you) and not elegant, too thick, and too busy and mostly, too important. To support my opinion, I want to attach a very good example of strong hierarchy of elements. Out of 9 boxes, the strongest are #1 and # 9, not #5 where two voices are equal. If I figure out how to attach : )

Maybe the handwriting needs to be smaller or written in a thin blue pen or something more delicate than a colored pencil?
