my idea of the project is camera with anesthetic gun. It shoots robbers to faint them.
I came up the logo with a look of hawk because my product targets criminals and shoot them.

Hello this is Rebecca, I like the bottom right... I think that you need to uncomplicate everything and the bottom right is kind of "to the point" I get that it's a camera and it will protect me... maybe add a tiny red gun to the camera or something just so you can project that the camera shoots guns (which it what separates it from a normal camera). I think if you take what you have and strip it down/simplify it as much as possible I think your logo and name will be better. But as I said before, the bottom right I feel is closest to the point than the other logos you presented.

Hi Chris,
I am not sure that the name is totally resolved. It is a little too complex and strange. I do agree that the very last logo and name are better than the others, but to say that it is done—not yet. Your visual goal is to create an image combining camera and a gun. red dot can help, syringe, bullet, trigger... Check the anatomy of a gun and the camera, find the most essential parts and combine.
Second part is the name, You can design the rest of your project and still think about the name. Hopefully, people will suggest something else. It should be something between "watch and shoot" or combination. Good luck.
