Medea

Hey guys, I just wanted to finish up this medea poster to include in my portfolio, and this is what I have so far. I like the "Euripides, Medea, etc" text where it is, and I have made the line a little less perfect. I also moved the Public theatre info and treated it in the same way. What do you guys think? I was also considering moving the Public theatre info to crawl along side the hand, just like the text in the most recent version. Is this a good direction? Thanks.

hey matt its lee
i think the image it self looks great i like the contast nd the feelingof the darknss, but im am still not sure about the type, some how it feels separated from the poster, i wish if you incorporated with the actual image, how about placing it like a tattoo on her arm or i dont know, make it an engravement on the dagger
good luck
ifyour having hard time with the type, just try to look it in a distant and think about something totally random

Thanks, I will def do some more experimenting. In a an earlier post, I contoured the type to the hand, but I think people liked it better where it is now. Not sure, but I'll finalize this soon.
