I think the idea is great!
the name is good.
about the logo.. why cross?
maybe you can make a logo with men and women symbol.

I agree with what olga said..
I like the idea but the logo feels like there is no connection with your idea.
I would like to see some connection between person and person.
If I had to choose one of them, I like the letter "H" one.

The cross means plus and minus in a magnetic.
It means also attract opposite or each other.
I think the symbol of man and woman, person to person will be great idea. I'm going to think about them more.

As I said before, I like D and I for logo... but you can use the part of the character u r gonna use. And, make it feel like the characters.
For the character, I think its better to give them lots of color like the work of Takashi Murakami.
