Thanks Olga for 1.) sending me info for blogspot, and 2.) for being an incredibly smart/inspiring teacher.  Cheers to you.

Gonzo:: I agree you typeface is much stronger now that it is uniquely hand-drawn.  You may be able to still find a designed typeface suitable for your project but this idea is a big improvement.  It has a whimsical feel that mimics your visual music design.

Meagan:: I do like your simple poster.  It gets the idea very quickly.  But i still want more in the end, maybe you can do something with the background or unexpectedly change the readability from left to right to something that resembles swimming in a pond.

Olga stressed in class that if you have an extremely understood story, try to make it a more personal exploration and do something very different but relate it to the story.

ok, ive had enough blogging for now.  but im no longer a virgin.  haha later everyone.

Symbol Poster

Hi everyone! This is Meagan, I was sick yesterday so I couldn't come to class. I'd like to ask for advice on my symbol poster to see if I'm going in the right direction. I still have work to do on ordering it and making it a bit more clear. Thanks!

New Type

Hi again type family,

here I attach you a new type, my own handwriting. I feel that the others types doesn't match very well, they are or too simple or too much...

Dear Type Family:

Here I show you my ideas about what typeface should I use in my project.

Please, let me know which one of the following you think fixes better with my concept. 

The typefaces are:

1. Basetwelve

2. Intersate

3. Platelet

4. Suburbarn

I need a type who doesn't fight with my drawing, if the do it is going to be too much!
